3. Our Refund Policy
Refund within 14 days if: (a) download failed technically, (b) duplicate charge, (c) clear defect not resolved by support.
No refund if: (a) download succeeded, (b) QR works but you dislike design, (c) change of mind after digital delivery.
Free social-share tier: no charge, no refunds.
4. EU Withdrawal (Digital Content)
EU consumers generally have 14-day withdrawal. By completing purchase/download you accept loss of withdrawal right once delivery starts, where permitted by law.
5. Lemon Squeezy — 60 Days
Lemon Squeezy may issue refunds within 60 days at its discretion to prevent chargebacks. See Refunds docs.
6. How to Request
Email the.tech.of.chaos@gmail.com with purchase email, date, Lemon Squeezy order ID, issue description.
Or via Lemon Squeezy receipt/customer portal.
Approved refunds processed through Lemon Squeezy.
7. Chargebacks
Handled primarily by Lemon Squeezy. May include full refund plus $15 dispute fee deducted from seller payout per their documentation.
