3. Digital Delivery
Files download immediately in your browser. No physical goods.
You are responsible for lawful QR content. Always test before print/publish.
4. Payments — Lemon Squeezy
Payments processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Charges appear per Lemon Squeezy checkout.
Also subject to Lemon Squeezy Terms. We do not store card data.
5. Acceptable Use
Prohibited: illegal content, malware links, IP infringement, refund fraud, automated abuse.
We may block violating use.
6. Intellectual Property
Our code, UI and Chaos Technologies branding are protected. Your generated QR and uploaded logos remain yours.
You grant only rights necessary to operate the Service (temporary local browser processing).
7. Disclaimer
Service provided "as is". No guarantee of uninterrupted operation or every scanner compatibility.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, no liability for indirect/consequential damages. Total liability capped at amount paid for the specific download (€0.50 or €1.00).
9. Merchant of Record
For purchases, Lemon Squeezy handles payment/tax/invoicing as MoR. See MoR docs.
10. Changes & Governing Law
We may modify Terms. EU/Greece law applies unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
